Eligibility
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
- Opened products are not eligible for refund unless approved on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests beyond 30 days are not eligible.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide return instructions once your request is received.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure a safe return.
Refund processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
